Čarvina 2004 - wine from dried grapes

Grape variety: Rebula, Malvazija, Zelenka, Pikolit
Wine region: Goriška Brda, Slovenia

Harvest: manual  - late harvest – selection of grapes, grapes are dried in wooden crates for up to six months
Vinification: compression with the classic -  hand press in March 2004
Maturation: 24 months  in barrique, 12 months in concrete tank
Bottling: Februar 2010

Harvest: manual 
Vinification: maceration for 24 hours at 8 C  in stainless steel container
Maturation:  6 months on the yeast, batonnage
Bottling: June 2017
