[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Malvasia is a regional variety typical of the Slovenian coast, which is also present to a lesser extent in Gori\u0161ka Brda. It is a delicate wine with a pleasant, light bouquet, which goes perfectly with fish dishes.<\/p>\n

Our Malvasia is produced on two soils with opposite exposures: on the terraces of Pongrat – southeast exposure and on the Poje plain – southwest exposure. The cool microclimate of both vineyards (a narrow valley next to a stream) with marked temperature variations between day and night has a favourable influence on the sensory characteristics of this wine. The marl base of the vineyards gives the wine a pleasant minerality.<\/p>\n

Description<\/h1>\n\t<\/div> [vc_column_text]It has a golden yellow colour of medium intensity. The delicate bouquet combines fruity (ripe pears, apricots), floral (acacia flowers) and herbal (thyme, sage) aromas. Winemaker<\/h1>\n\t<\/div> [vc_column_text]Vinified with a short maceration (16 hours) and fermented in a concrete tank. A small part of the wine is fermented and matured in barriques.<\/p>\n
