VINOVO is the messenger of autumn and a new vintage of wine. A “beaujolais” from Brda, based on merlot vinified according to a special procedure for young red wine.
For 28 years, we have been producing the young wine using the carbonic maceration process from whole merlot grapes. It has a vibrant ruby red colour and pronounced fruity aromas of red berries. It is the perfect complement to goose, a typical St Martin’s Day dish, roasted chestnuts, or sausages with cabbage, but it would best be enjoyed in the warm company of friends.
