Muscat! Who doesn’t love this unique bouquet? 25 years ago, we planted a small vineyard with this noble variety. The elevated south-eastern position, the marl subsoil on the terraces and the constant winds makes it possible to produce an extremely aromatic and rich wine that will convince every palate.

The harvest begins when the grapes are fully ripe, and the aromas are at their peak. The destemmed and crushed grapes are left to macerate at a cold temperature for 24 hours and then gently pressed. After the first racking of must, a controlled fermentation follows in a stainless-steel tank with controlled fermentation temperatures. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is matured on fine lees until spring.

This sweet wine is golden yellow in colour and has a characteristic scent of Muscat, while the young, intense bouquet is enriched by hints of ripe fruit and white flowers. The very pleasant varietal flavour is also present on the palate, which develops into a long finish with finesse of body and fascinating freshness. It is an excellent accompaniment to a wide variety of creamy desserts, as well as apple strudel or gibanica.
